Description
The STEALTH 540 represents the newest wave in yachting. The STEALTH has a perfectly crafted catamaran hull matched with a proprietary hydrofoil (HSYUCAT) which elevates the hulls of the yacht and significantly reduces most of the drag that would normally be present on a planning hull. All of this is matched with the latest 800hp MAN Common Rail diesels and Q-Speed surface drive propulsion which gives her unmatched performance and fuel economy. The STEALTH 540 can reach a top of speed of 50mph and easily cruises at 42mph. At cruising speed, the STEALTH 540 burns 30% less fuel than any other motor yacht in her class!  Because of the efficiency of the HYSUCAT, the ride of the STEALTH 540 is much smoother than most yachts which yields an attractive ‘wave dampening’ effect.

The STEALTH 540 has an overall length of 55’ with a beam of 18’! The beam on this boat is more like a 70’ yacht, and not only that, but she carries that beam much farther forward due to her catamaran hull. This is easily seen by having a king-size bed forward in the master stateroom!

The STEALTH 540 has 3 staterooms and 3 full-bathrooms. The flybridge has seating for 12, while the cockpit has more square footage than most 65’ sport fishing yachts. With side decks and a center walk-through windshield, access to the bow is excellent.

The STEALTH 540 has many other firsts in the industry including electronic steering and the Octoplex Power Management System. This state-of-the-art system boasts an LCD screen which can control any electrical system on the yacht as well as managing the available power on the yacht most efficiently.

We offer Captained charters on our high performance STEALTH 540  The charter fee includes yacht rental and Captain’s fees.  Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) or running expenses are not included and must be paid by the charter guest in advance.

Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) includes the extra expenses involved in provisioning the yacht for your guests, the fuel cost, dockage and any additional land arrangements, etc. APA is calculated at 30% of the total charter fee.  The APA total will be produced by the Captain at the end of the charter with a breakdown and receipts, any unused funds will be refunded to you in full upon disembarkation. If the funds are not sufficient for your charter, based on your preferences and requirements, the Captain will advise you accordingly and the additional APA will be requested before disembarkation.

Your Captain will help familiarize you and your guests with the yacht. He is also available to recommend dining options, local hot spots, book marinas and point out the highlights you might enjoy in each location you choose to visit. He will also assist with provisioning and maintain the yacht during your charter.  His quarters are located forward in the bow area of the yacht and separate from the common areas.  A chef or first mate also may be hired, keep in mind a cabin and head must be made available for any additional crewmember.  While onboard in the US it is not recommended to hire a chef. Dining out is convenient and a major part of the experience on charter, most guests enjoy exploring the local offerings ashore each evening.
